S 55 AMG V220 (1999-2002)

An elegant, dynamic appearance, a wide range of technical innovations, maximum comfort and maximum safety: the S-Class, which celebrated its official world première at the end of September 1998 at the Paris Motor Show, quickly became a true trendsetter. Within the broad model range, the S 55 AMG took on the role of the highly luxurious sports saloon at the end of 2000. 360 hp, a torque of 530 Nm and a magnificent yet limited speed of 250 km/h: the S 55 AMG impressed consumers with a sporty character that was also reflected in its design. Imitating the original with the utmost precision, the miniature model of the sports saloon enriches any collection. The model car is finished in an authentic paintwork colour and features an accurately detailed interior. The doors, bonnet and tailgate on the model can be opened, allowing for closer inspection of the car’s interior. The model car is supplied in Mercedes-Benz packaging and includes a screwdriver for easy removal of the model. A glove is also included in the delivery to prevent fingerprints on the windows or paintwork.
